To ensure the competition proceeds smoothly and fairly, please read the following important notes and competition terms and conditions carefully.
Registration and payment indicate that the participant (and guardian, if applicable) has fully read, understood and agreed to all terms. We strive to provide a high-quality competition experience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Original Works Category: Entries must be the participant's original work. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will lead to disqualification.

• Recitation Material Instructions:
Original Works Category: Recitation material must be created by the participant and remain unpublished.
Self-Selected Works Category: Recitation material must be published or publicly released works (including classical poetry, modern poetry, prose, nursery rhymes, etc.). The title, author, and source of the work must be clearly stated upon video submission.
• Each entry may only consist of 1 piece of recitation material, with a duration of no more than 3 minutes. Exceeding time or material limits will result in point deduction or disqualification.
• If the submitted work does not match the registered category, it will not receive scores or awards; only written comments will be provided.
• All works must be recited by the participants themselves.
• Participants of all nationalities/regions are welcome.
• Categories stated school grade must be entered according to actual school grade or age; other classes have no age limit.
• Please use the name exactly as shown on your identity document and carefully verify that all information is accurate before submission.
• Participants may register for multiple categories, but cannot submit duplicate entries for the same item within the same language to ensure fairness.
• Each category allows only one submission; repeated submissions will be judged based on the first one received.
• It is recommended to save a screenshot after submitting your work. If you do not receive a confirmation message from the organizer within 3 working days, the transmission may have failed; please contact us.
• The jury consists of experienced language and recitation educators. The jury’s decision is final; no appeals or requests to view detailed scores will be accepted.
• The organizer reserves the right to combine adjacent categories based on actual participant numbers to ensure fair competition and category completeness.
• The organiser reserves the right to adjust judging standards, cancel or modify classes, or disqualify individual participants without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the organiser’s decision is final.
• Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
• In the event the competition is cancelled due to force majeure, full refund will be issued (deducting any payment platform fees, if applicable).
• If a participant is disqualified for violating the competition terms, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• All complimentary gifts are provided free of charge. The organiser will endeavour to maintain quality but does not guarantee exact colour, design or condition. No replacement, refund or compensation will be provided for defects, damage or loss.
• SEN students and persons with disabilities: HK$100 discount per entry (no limit)
Example: Piano Grade 3 Class + Piano Junior Primary Class → HK$200 deduction.
• Valid proof must be provided at registration. False declaration will result in disqualification and no refund.
• Champion, 2nd/3rd Place, Gold, and other outstanding performances may be published on organizer’s social platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with participant name, class, and award indicated.

• Door-to-door delivery: +HK$50/each address
(11+ entries → free door-to-door to same address)• Remote area surcharge: HK$5–10 payable by recipient at pickup (charged by SF Express)
• Mainland China / Macau / overseas: shipping fee based on quantity of trophies and certificates after results announcement
- After results announcement, organizer will send “Award Delivery Form” for participants to fill in details. Awards will be dispatched as soon as possible and notified via WhatsApp.
